Your responsibilities will include
Lead the strategic oversight of service design and execution to maintain market leadership 🌟
Develop and modernize existing services while spearheading the implementation of innovative ideas 🌍
Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the client lifecycle 💼
Identify market needs by empathizing with clients' perspectives and aligning services accordingly 💡
Oversee and ensure effective implementation of plans and strategies 📈
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience collaborating closely with group and local country management 👥
Proven ability to drive change and make a tangible impact within an organization 🚀
Understanding of accounting, payroll management, taxation, legal, and advisory services preferred 📊
